Cackle Hatchery® has been on West Commercial Street in Downtown Lebanon for nearly 90 years. One of only twelve remaining hobby hatcheries in the United States, Cackle Hatchery offers over 200 varieties of poultry right here in Lebanon, and they are shipped all across the country. For three generations the Smith family has called Downtown Lebanon home, constantly expanding and modernizing their facilities over the past eight decades.

Family, hard work, quality, and dedication are the cornerstones of what has made Cackle Hatchery a lasting success. Their commitment not only to their business but also to our community is shared by everyone who is a part of Lebanon’s downtown revitalization.

    Great Experience

    I ordered 5 white Silkie Bantams. I received 7 healthy white chicks. USPS website said my order is scheduled for delivery Monday June 2. I knew that wasn’t right. So at 4:45 am I went to post office. There they were. Yay! Thank you for suck a positive experience. Second year ordering from Cackel!
